В управлении также уточнили, что за неделю обследованию подверглись 19 тысяч человек и что заболеваемость обусловлена преимущественно вирусами гриппа. Доля заболевших именно этим респираторным заболеванием составила 54.1%. Сохраняет свою актуальность в регионе и коронавирусная инфекция. Всего, в период с 10 по 16 февраля, зарегистрировано 159 случаев.

Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion.
