"Дольщики жалуются на то, что в нескольких корпусах (8, 9 и 10) течёт потолок, а на фасадах видны подтёки и отваливается штукатурка. Скорее всего, это связано с открытыми вентиляционными каналами и отсутствием герметичности систем отопления. Однако, ни одного негативного комментария на отзовиках и форумах мы так и не нашли. Как такое возможно - загадка или работа пиарщиков.

Напомним, что жилой корпус является творением девелопера КОРТРОС и относится к комфорт-классу. Стоимость квартир начинается от 3.8 млн рублей".
