‼️ОТП Банк приостановил валютные переводы в долларах США из-за проблем с зарубежными банками-корреспондентами - с 23 ноября. Сегодня клиенты премиальных пакетов столкнулись с проблемой отправки, поддержка подтвердила, что банк больше может делать переводы в USD.
Сотрудники банка получили инструкции для работы с обращениями, клиентам предлагается заменить валюту перевода на EUR. Также поддержка сообщает, что входящие переводы в USD будут поступать штатно.
В октябре банк повысил минимальную сумму перевода с $10000 до $20000, но лимиты для онлайн-переводов остались прежние, поэтому: - розничные клиенты лишились возможности удаленно совершать операции и были вынуждены «ходить» в офис и платить комиссию 2% min $40 max $400 - клиенты ОТП Premium в рамках пакета имели лимит на онлайн-переводы 2 млн руб/мес, но банк ограничил их в количестве валютных переводов - не более 2 в течение 30 дней. По факту вип-клиентам был доступен только один перевод, так как он был ограничен лимитами, но с более выгодной комиссией 0,7% min $30 max $200. В офисах банках лимитов не было, но комиссия была выше - 1% min $30 max $300
