The regulator took order for the search and seizure operation from Judge Purushottam B Jadhav, Sebi Special Judge / Additional Sessions Judge. Stocks were more buoyant in Europe, where Frankfurt’s DAX surged 1.4%. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation.
