Korxona rahbarlari bilan o‘tkazilgan uchrashuvda “Jamoat transporti tizimini isloh qilish chora-tadbirlari to‘g‘risida”gi PQ-59-son qarorda belgilangan vazifalar ijrosini ta’minlash, xususan, yo‘lovchi tashishni brutto-shartnoma asosida moliyalashtirishni joriy etish yuzasidan dolzarb masalalar tashuvchilar ishtirokida muhokama etildi.

Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred." In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed.
