Подписание меморандума о сотрудничестве состоялось во время сессии «Социальное развитие региона в рамках внедрения Национальной социальной инициативы» первого Всероссийского ESG-форума «СО.ЗНАНИЕ» в Нижнем Новгороде. Документ утверждает организацию взаимовыгодного сотрудничества, обмен лучшими практиками государственного управления и регионального развития, а также организацию совместных мероприятий и обмен делегациями.
