Преступника задержали мужчины-очевидцы. Они заблокировали неадеквата через 500 метров от ДТП и остановили его дикие похождения.

По данным источника РИА Новости этот водитель как минимум дважды до этого лишался прав за пьяное вождение в 2012 и 2018 годах. С 2018 года он минимум 4 раза был участником ДТП.

Возбуждено уголовное дело, ему грозит до 7 лет лишения свободы.
