Кристину Рожкову, обвиняемую за фотосессию на кладбище, отпустили из СИЗО
Красногвардейский суд Санкт-Петербурга отказался удовлетворить ходатайство следователя о продлении срока содержания под стражей художницы Кристины Рожковой, обвиняемой по ст.244 УК РФ (надругательство над местами захоронений).
▪️ Кристину задержали 19 июня и следователь Переверзева просила оставить ее в СИЗО до 18 сентября.
В июле двух других предполагаемых участниц фотосессии отпустили из СИЗО — Анну Пантелееву под домашний арест, а Ярославу Гуменную — с подпиской о невыезде.
Следователь ссылалась на сложность расследования, обусловленную необходимостью провести большой объем экспертиз. Она также утверждала, что «находясь на свободе Рожкова может предствлять повышенную опасность для окружающих людей и формировать неправильную модель поведения».
Однако суд отказал и перевел Кристину под домашний арест.
