21 июля — более чем через год после своего собачьего дебюта — Токо загрузил видео, на котором общается на улице с посетителями парка и их собаками. Он уточнил, что кадры были сняты в прошлом году во время его интервью с немецким телеканалом RTL.

Сам Токо полностью анонимен, потому что боится, что на работе узнают о его странных увлечениях.

"And that set off kind of a battle royale for control of the platform that Durov eventually lost," said Nathalie Maréchal of the Washington advocacy group Ranking Digital Rights. Although some channels have been removed, the curation process is considered opaque and insufficient by analysts.
