Продавцы современного жилья продолжают выходить на рынок по более высоким ценам (на первичном рынке такие квартиры – еще дороже). Именно эти квартиры тянут среднюю по городу вверх.
Цены предложения на старый фонд не растут. Цены сделок на такие квартиры ниже конца прошлого года.
Ограниченное предложение и готовность к торгу - то что пока помогает продавцам на вторичном рынке.
