🌲Tannenoxymel oder Tannenzucker🌲 Verwendet werden. 🔅Tannenoxymel 10g Nadeln 100ml Apfelessig 10g Honig ( wer es süß mag auch mehr)
Mische alle Zutaten in einem Schraubdeckelglas und lasse das ganze 1 Woche ziehen.
Danach die Nadeln abseihen und täglich 1 bis 2 Esslöffel in einem Wasserglas auf nüchternen Magen trinken.
🍚Tannenzucker Hierfür mixt du 2 El Nadeln mit 100g Zucker. Am besten im Thermomix fein mahlen und sparsam verwenden.
