1 kg Zucker 1 Liter Wasser 2 bis 3 Hände voll frische Lavendelblüten oder 4 Hände voll getrocknete Blüten Topf Tuch
Löst den Zucker in kaltem Wasser auf
Gebt die Lavendelblüten dazu
Lasst alles abgedeckt 24 Stunden bei Zimmertemperatur ziehen
Erhitze den Süd nun und nehme mit einem Schaumlöffel die Blüten raus, bevor alles aufkocht, ansonsten wird der Sirup sehr intensiv
Lässt alles 3 min sprudelnd kochen und seiht es dann durch ein Tuch ab.
Füllt ihn heiß in Flaschen, so hält er sich länger, aber mind. 3 Monate. Dabei kühl lagern. Angefangene Flaschen sollten im Kühlschrank aufbewahrt und innerhalb einer Woche verbraucht werden.
