Muskatkürbissuppe Für eine köstliche Kürbissuppe brauchst du folgende Zutaten:
500 g Muskatkürbis 250 g Kartoffeln 2 Karotten 2 Zwiebeln 750 ml Gemüsebrühe Salz und Pfeffer Zimt 200 ml Sahne
Zuerst schälst du den Kürbis und entfernst die Kerne in der Mitte. Auch die Kartoffeln, Zwiebeln und die Karotten werden geschält. Diese Zutaten gibst du zusammen mit der Gemüsebrühe in einen Topf und lässt alles zusammen für ca. 20 Minuten köcheln.
