❗️Первый замглавы комитета Думы по экологии Владимир Бурматов предложил увеличить штрафы за самовыгул собак до 50 тысяч рублей.

В последнее время все чаще собаки нападают на людей. Фото и видео - это разные случаи, произошедшие только за пару дней.

Надо не только повышать штрафы, но и судить тех, чьи собаки нападают на прохожих.
