Прекрасно я регистрацию дронов с нестандартными частотами представляю. Частоты можно в отдельную графу вписывать, а можно и нет. "Ветерок" превосходно регистрируется комплектом, с попутной привязкой к нему планшетов. Чтобы их у артиллеристов для детей товарища полковника не украли, в тетрис играть. Да все большое и дорогое из доступных на гражданском рынке комплектующих регистрируется без последующих проблем с УК,
А вот огнестрел да. Комитет ГД по противодействию коррупции провел титаническую запретительную работу и полностью закрыл для гражданского общества, ну например область активной борьбы с БПЛА. Незаконное оружие тоже на баланс части не поставить. Хотя по достоверно трофейным есть варианты.
