В донском министерстве ЖКХ рассказали, что расчет пени за несвоевременную оплату ЖКУ будет зависеть от текущей ставки рефинансирования, установленной Центробанком. В 2025 году она составила 21% — хотя ранее пеня исчислялась в 9,5% годовых.
А коль скоро ставка рефинансирования выросла более чем вдвое — то, стало быть, немудрено, что штрафы за просрочку тоже увеличились соответственно.

Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee.
