1 Западный окружной военный суд огласил приговор в отношении Максима Асрияна, признанного виновным в совершении преступлений, предусмотренных ч.3 ст.30 - ч.1 ст.205 УК РФ, ст.275 УК РФ (https://www.group-telegram.com/kr/SPbGS.com/12656).
Суд назначил наказание в виде лишения свободы сроком на 8 лет. Первые 2.5 года Асриян проведен в тюрьме, остальные в колонии строгого режима.
Асрияном было заключено досудебное соглашение о сотрудничестве.

Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers.
