Свою банду они назвали "Черная братва". Парни открыто говорили о ненависти к русским, снимали видео избиения прохожих, стариков и бомжей.

Для объяснений в полицию доставили 18-летних Егора и Максима, а также их товарищей из Дагестана, Таджикистана и Узбекистана — Курбана, Зарифа, Арслонбека и Бегичона (никто из этой четвёрки еще не достиг совершеннолетия). В отделе они попытались объяснить смысл — мол, все было для хайпа

Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. However, the perpetrators of such frauds are now adopting new methods and technologies to defraud the investors. This provided opportunity to their linked entities to offload their shares at higher prices and make significant profits at the cost of unsuspecting retail investors. The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips.
