◽️ همچنین فعالیت ادارات در روز پنج‌شنبه ۴ مرداد به صورت دورکاری خواهد بود.

Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. "There are several million Russians who can lift their head up from propaganda and try to look for other sources, and I'd say that most look for it on Telegram," he said.
