В этом году плавание в ледяной воде впервые вошло в программу ЗимФестАмур.

Перед заплывам, почти сотня благовещенцев и гостей амурской столицы совершили массовое обливание. Среди участников дети, мужчины и женщины, студенты, а также пловцы.
