5 октября 2024 года вступила в силу новая редакция Положения о патентных пошлинах. Изменились размеры и порядок уплаты пошлин, взимаемых Роспатентом за совершение регистрационных действий.

Основные изменения

📈Размер пошлин увеличен в среднем на 10-15%, а по некоторым пошлинам — более чем в 30 раз (например, продление патента на изобретение, относящееся к лекарственному средству, агрохимикату, пестициду)

❌ Отменена скидка в размере 30% за обращение в Роспатент в электронной форме

⏰ Штраф за несвоевременную уплату некоторых пошлин увеличивается с 50% до 100%
