🧠Выводы ОВК - интересная компания. Раньше у неё все было плохо, а тут в последние 2 года фортуна улыбнулась ей, не иначе. Судя по всему это связано с доставкой всего и вся из Китая и других дружественных стран по ЖД путям. Вероятно ЖД-компании еще не насытились и им нужно еще вагоны и составы, которые производит компания. Весь вопрос в том, что произойдет, когда закончится СВО и если снимут санкции. И снова пойдут товары из разных стран и в т.ч. перевозкой самолётами. Я думаю, что долгосрочному инвестору лучше не входить в эту компанию, так как через год-два ситуация может поменяться для бизнеса ОВК. Что касается краткосрочных идей, то да, тут может быть рост, на недельном ТФ за рост. Компания, конечно, стала сильно лучше. Если она воспользуется ситуацией и расширит свои бизнес направления только с производства поездов на что-то другое, что будет и после СВО актуально, то это было бы отлично. Хотя несомненно, тенденция это может и остаться (завоз товаров из Китая и других дружественных стран), но м.б. не в таких же объемах, как сейчас.

At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. That hurt tech stocks. For the past few weeks, the 10-year yield has traded between 1.72% and 2%, as traders moved into the bond for safety when Russia headlines were ugly—and out of it when headlines improved. Now, the yield is touching its pandemic-era high. If the yield breaks above that level, that could signal that it’s on a sustainable path higher. Higher long-dated bond yields make future profits less valuable—and many tech companies are valued on the basis of profits forecast for many years in the future.
