"Понятно, что такая мера сразу приведет к удорожанию техники на 15%. Для промышленности стоимость и так неподъемная, даже с субсидиями предприятия не могут себе позволить приобретение новых локомотивов. Главный вопрос в том, куда пойдут собранные деньги. Если сформированный фонд будет использоваться для субсидий нуждающимся транспортным компаниям – покупателям техники, это имеет смысл. В противном случае это приведет только к снижению темпов обновления парка подвижного состава".

We don’t know what it means to earnings.” In the United States, Telegram's lower public profile has helped it mostly avoid high level scrutiny from Congress, but it has not gone unnoticed.
