Прокуратура Скадовского района провела проверку и возбудила дело об административном правонарушении в отношении предпринимателя, осуществляющего свою деятельность без лицензии. На территории Голопристанского муниципального округа предприниматель занимался заготовкой, хранением, переработкой и продажей лома чёрных металлов без необходимой лицензии.
В отношении нарушителя возбуждено дело по ч. 2 ст. 14.1 КоАП РФ («Осуществление предпринимательской деятельности без лицензии»). Материалы направлены в Арбитражный суд Херсонской области.

He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. Artem Kliuchnikov and his family fled Ukraine just days before the Russian invasion.
