Бывало, что среди ночи, когда уже почти теряешь веру в успех и не знаешь, как помочь, я звонил Николаю Карловичу с просьбой о совете. Он всегда находил время, чтобы выслушать, поддержать и предложить решение. Благодаря его усилиям удалось помочь многим людям.
