Как рассказал РИА Недвижимость глава Фонда развития территорий Ильшат Шагиахметов, компенсация для владельцев нескольких объектов недвижимости будет исчисляться исходя из оценочной стоимости, соответствующей доле земельного участка, находящегося под аварийным домом.
