Итак, на первом скрине - сама новость в ТАСС, на втором - то, как ее, включив режим "истерика", подали в канале "Бати читают новости (БЧН)", на третьем - то, как истерику далее творчески доосмыслили.

Ну а потом скучная беседа в которой выясняется, что никто никакого регламента не видел, а все, что сказано на втором и третье скрине - просто "комната грязи".
