Как совпала и невиданная доселе активность прокуратуры по количеству предписаний и требований к властям - аккурат с июля этого года. Как раз с момента, как история с Григорием Авакяном получила огласку.
Не скрою, наблюдать за такими совпадениями весьма забавно. Но и немного грустно.
