По версии следствия, 18 февраля в Ингушетии Мурзабеков несколько раз выстрелил в 61-летнего местного жителя, находившегося за рулём Toyota Land Cruiser 100.
Пострадавший с множеством огнестрельных ранений находится в больнице.
В мотивах стрелка предстоит разобраться следователям.
