По материалам проверок прокуратуры в сфере национальных проектов в прошлом году в ХМАО-Югре были возбуждены 5 уголовных дел.
К примеру, было возбуждено дело о мошенничестве в связи с оплатой администрацией поселка Белый Яр фактически невыполненных подрядчиком работ по благоустройству на сумму свыше 2,7 млн рублей.
Всего же по результатам проверок в 2020 году прокурорами в сфере нацпроектов выявлено более 720 нарушений закона, внесено 45 протестов, в суды направлено 72 иска, из них 44 рассмотрено и удовлетворено; внесено 249 представлений, к дисциплинарной ответственности привлечено 140 чиновников.
К административной ответственности привлекли 48 лиц.
