Власти хотят его отремонтировать, но не могут - ~~оказались криворукими~~ не нашли специалистов. Конкурс провалился. А снова звать "русских оккупантов" ~~гордость не велит~~ не имеют права. Это же подсанкционные агрессоры.

Так и живет вся Латвия. На наследии советских времен, которое рассыпается и разваливается на глазах.
