Поблагодарил ребят за нелегкую и рискованную службу. Каждый день они помогают челябинцам в разных ситуациях, приходят на помощь тогда, когда дорога каждая секунда. Но главное, что особо ценным результатом их работы становятся спасенные жизни.
Сегодня в распоряжении наших спасателей есть современное оборудование и необходимая техника, и мы продолжим оснащать службу дальше. Но для нас было важно поддержать и самих сотрудников. В декабре мы приняли решение об установлении с 1 января городским спасателям ежемесячной выплаты за выслугу лет. Кроме того, с нового года поднимем заработную плату на 20%.
Уверен, что это станет дополнительной поддержкой и мотивацией для тех, кто выбрал своим делом спасение людей.
