بعد اسبوع من الخدمة الدينية والثقافية في مركز الاستفتاء لحوزة المحقّق الكَرَكِي رحمه الله العلمية في كربلاء المقدّسة ومع تواصل الخدمة من الصباح حتى فجر اليوم التالي، ختم المركز برامجه فجر يوم الأربعين.
وبعد تقديمه مختلف الأنشطة الثقافية والتوعوية من الإجابة على الأسئلة الفقهية والعقائدية، وعقد المحاضرات والجلسات مع الزائرين، وتوزيع الكتب الدينية، وزيارة المواكب، وإقامة صلاة الجماعة.
كما نبه المركز إلى احتياج الزائرين آلاف مراكز الاستفتاءات من الجنوب إلى الشمال إنتهاءً بكربلاء المقدّسة.
كما وشكر الزائرين الوافدين للمركز الخدمات الثقافية التي يقدمها طيلة أيام الزيارة.

At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. As such, the SC would like to remind investors to always exercise caution when evaluating investment opportunities, especially those promising unrealistically high returns with little or no risk. Investors should also never deposit money into someone’s personal bank account if instructed. On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee.
