🌹 لماذا من المهم أن تحافظ على شعور إيجابي لمعظم وقتك؟!
🌹 أنا أعلم جيدا بأن كلامي قد يكون صعب التطبيق أحيانا ، ولكنني سأستمر في نشره عندما يكون فيه مصلحتكم ..
🌹 في في مثل هذه الظروف الحالية التي يشهدها العالم ، نجد بأنه ليس صعبا توقع مستقبل الكثيرين.. بحيث أنه في الغالب سيكون مستقبلا مظلما للغاية .. وهذا فقط نتيجة ((لمشاعرهم السلبية المتراكمة)) بصورة رهيبة للغاية ..
🌹 لكنني أريد أن أطمئنك بأن ((هناك مخرجا)) حقيقيا لك بغض النظر عن أقدار كل من تعرفهم .. وهذا المخرج هو في ((مشاعرك الايجابية)) فقط .. ركز على البحث عن أي طريقة لكي تحافظ على شعور جيد لمعظم وقتك .. لأنك بدون هذه الطريقة سينحرف قدرك مع الآخرين ، ولن تخرج حينها من ((دائرة الأقدار السلبية)) عندما تصيب الآخرين .. ولكن .. عندما يكون شعورك ايجابيا لمعظم الوقت ، فإنك ستخرج من تلك الدائرة السلبية ، وستجد بأن اللطف والحفظ هما اللذان سيكونان في انتظارك بغض النظر عما يحدث للعالم
🌹 لكل شخص منا قصته ، ولا يوجد حل يناسب الجميع .. وهذا هو دورك في إيجاد الطريقة التي تناسبك وتناسب وضعك وحياتك .. المهم .. هو أن تشعر بمشاعر جيدة لمعظم الوقت ..
