Проект такого автомобиля представило дизайн-конструкторское бюро «Филатов».

Сам концепт представляет из себя симбиоз автомобиля и квадрокоптера. Машина для безопасности получит кабину водителя, которая будет иметь возможность отстегиваться вместе с парашютом.

В качестве топлива ИФ-9 может использовать как электричество, так и, например, водород.

Сейчас в бюро есть только модель ИФ-9 в масштабе 1 к 5 на пульте управления, а также симулятор полета в VR. Летные испытания модели обещают провести в январе.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. Friday’s performance was part of a larger shift. For the week, the Dow, S&P 500 and Nasdaq fell 2%, 2.9%, and 3.5%, respectively.
