"Планируем через модернизацию инфраструктуры и развитие инструментов фондового рынка мобилизовать внутренние сбережения населения в размере примерно 400 миллионов долларов. Граждане должны стать соинвесторами экономики. Такая задача поставлена президентом и главой правительства КР, и мы намерены реализовать ее в полной мере", — сообщил Артем Новиков.
По его словам, это позволить создать класс внутренних инвесторов для финансирования проектов.
