Ведь не только в санитарно-эпидемиологических целях было и не паранойя, о чем любят писать. Мне кажется, это чтоб показать абсолютно особый статус верховного правителя новой РФ, явившейся в мир после 24 февраля. Его недосягаемость как египетского фараона, как Сына Солнца, как воплощения «солярной исторической России». Едва видимый вдалеке государь за этим длинным столом выступал как пророк «божественной России» - России, понимаемой не как страна и государство, а как объект высшего почитания и поклонения в политической (и, может, даже более) религии. Этот стол - своего рода трон, откуда Путин снисходил на миг в наш мир словно из вечности. Другое дело, что последующие события внесли в учение и практику свои коррективы.

Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? And who am I securing it from?” These questions should inform your decisions about whether you are using the right tool or platform for your digital security needs. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. These administrators had built substantial positions in these scrips prior to the circulation of recommendations and offloaded their positions subsequent to rise in price of these scrips, making significant profits at the expense of unsuspecting investors, Sebi noted. This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children.
