Следствие утверждает, что Диловар Исломов был последним владельцем автомобиля Renault Symbol, на котором нападавшие приехали к «Крокус Сити Холлу» 22 марта. По данным правоохранительных органов, Диловар Исломов, его брат Аминчон и их отец Исроил, которые также арестованы по делу о теракте, знали о готовящемся нападении.
