Авиакомпания-лоукостер "Победа" (входит в группу "Аэрофлот") отменила онлайн-регистрацию пассажиров с детьми с 2 до 12 лет, поскольку на сайте выбор места предусмотрен только за отдельную плату или включен в соответствующий тариф, а при регистрации в аэропорту это делается бесплатно. Об этом сообщает Прайм со ссылкой на данные авиаперевозчика.
"Для родителей с детьми в возрасте с 2 до 12 лет предусмотрена регистрация в аэропорту и выбор мест бесплатно, так как на сайте авиакомпании выбор места предусмотрен только за отдельную плату или включен в тариф "Максимум"... Также регистрация в аэропорту позволяет избегать ошибок или недобросовестных действий при оформлении билета со скидкой 50%", – заявили в "Победе".
В компании добавили, что агенты по регистрации помогают родителям выбрать наиболее подходящие места для совместного полета с детьми.
