Арбитражный суд Московской области поддержал требование Минтранса РФ о приостановке корпоративных прав TPS Avia holding inc. и Sandy Investments Ltd в отношении МКООО "ТПС Авиа Холдинг ЛТД" – единственного владельца ООО "Шереметьево Холдинг", которое контролирует 66,06% акций АО "Международный аэропорт Шереметьево" (МАШ). Об этом сообщает "Интерфакс".
"Иск удовлетворить полностью", – сказано в материалах картотеки арбитражных дел.
Как сообщалось, Минтранс требовал приостановить корпоративные права ответчиков в МКООО до 31 декабря 2025 года.
