Как сообщат наши источники, против главы Кимильтейского МО Зиминского района Николая Андреева 20 ноября возбуждено второе уголовное дело о служебном подлоге.

При этом по отчетным документам областным ведомствам объекты представлялись, как завершенные, а средства выплачивались в полном объеме.
