Ведомство сообщило, что Wildberries внеслаизменения в политику работы, и прогнозирует, что это может обеспечить эффективное развитие рынка, повысит качество услуг для покупателей и создаст разумные и прозрачные условия для продавцов.
Снятие ограничений совпалосзавершениемобъединениямаркетплейса с Russ Outdoor. 5 августа совместное предприятие ООО «РВБ» приняло на себя все обязательства перед партнерами и клиентами Wildberries.
Объединение было анонсировано в середине июня, учредителями стали ООО «Вайлдбериз» с долей 65% и ООО «Стинн» (владелец Russ Outdoor) с долей 35%. Гендиректором СП назначили главу Russ Роберта Мирзояна, а в конце июля Wildberries передал ООО «РВБ» регистрационные права на свои домены.
