Рецепт: - яблоки 2 шт - йогурт без сахара и наполнителей (греческий например) 2 ст.л. - яйцо 1 шт - корица по вкусу - рисовая или овсяная мука (можете брать обычную) - 4 ст.л.
Яблоки очищает от кожуры, трем на терке и смешиваем со всеми ингредиентами. Выпекаем на сковороде слегка смазанной маслом (не лейте кучу масла, толку от этого нет, а здоровье страдает от транс жиров).
Оладьи получаются сладкие за счет яблок, поэтому не берите кислый сорт. Всем приятного💕
