1 декабря 2018 года на заседании Российского юридического форума "Конституционализм в XXI веке" в Уфе в бывшем отеле Шератон, приуроченного к 25-летию Конституции России, опытный юрист, бывший сотрудник Кремля и на тот момент врио главы Башкирии Радий Хабиров допустил недальновидный поступок. Он заявил, что негативно относится к любым изменениям Конституции страны.
— Я был обучен таким образом, что Конституция — это вообще святейший документ. Это реально святейший документ. Нужно очень аккуратно и деликатно обрашаться с Конституцией. Я отношусь очень серьезно и очень негативно к любым изменениям, - говорил он.
Сейчас, спустя год с небольшим, когда изменения в Основной закон озвучены и будут приняты, понятно, кто держит нос по ветру и понимает, что действительно происходит в стране. Те, кто не просто сидел в президиуме того самого заседания, а еще и понимал для чего.

It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. Telegram users are able to send files of any type up to 2GB each and access them from any device, with no limit on cloud storage, which has made downloading files more popular on the platform.
