0️⃣Прокуратура г. Уфы утвердила обвинительное заключение по уголовному делу в отношении 54-летнего местного жителя. Он обвиняется в мошенничестве.
😊По версии следствия, с октября 2017 года по сентябрь 2023 года мужчина под предлогом оказания содействия в освобождении лица из-под стражи, помощи в приобретении жилых помещений, земельного участка и транспортных средств по цене ниже рыночной, получения водительского удостоверения без прохождения обучения, развития бизнеса, а также в заключении выгодного контракта с государственным предприятием, похитил денежные средства и имущество. При этом он не имел возможности исполнить взятые на себя обязательства.
😊Противоправными действиями 11 гражданам причинен ущерб на сумму около 9 млн рублей.
Обвиняемый признал вину в совершении преступлений.
⚖️Уголовное дело направлено в Советский районный суд г. Уфы для рассмотрения по существу.
