В России началась забастовка операторов пунктов выдачи заказов Wildberries. В соцсетях уже появляется огромное количество фото и видео с закрытыми отделениями маркетплейсов во многих городах России.

Сотрудники ПВЗ недовольны политикой руководства маркетплейса, а также огромным количеством различных штрафов.

Среди требований: введение гибкого графика приёмки товаров (сейчас пункты должны это делать круглосуточно); отмена штрафов ПВЗ за возвраты товара и его брак, а также отсутствие привязки рейтинга пункта выдачи к рейтингу региона.

Вчера активисты сообщили представителям Wildberries о том, что с сегодняшнего дня многие пункты выдачи товаров будут закрыты. И до тех пор, пока требования не будут выполнены, операторы планируют бастовать.
