Сборка стен вагонов на Тверском вагоностроительном заводе выполняется на роботизированной сварочной линии.

Профили каркаса стены выкладываются на стапеле, который перемещается по сборочной линии. Вдоль нее установлено несколько роботизированных сварочных постов. На каждом посту выполняется определенный набор сварочных операций.

Сборка стены выполняется с использованием дуговой (для сборки каркаса) и контактной сварки (она используется для приваривания обшивки стены к каркасу).
