Ранее депутат Госдумы Евгений Фёдоров, комментируя вооружённый мятеж в июне 2023 года, пояснил, что в случае вооружённого мятежа большинство чиновников будут выполнять команды мятежников, поскольку восстание - это американский заговор в органах власти.
