Готовим к внесению законопроект о кадрах для села

В очередной раз сверили с коллегами часы и обобщили все предложения. Они будут учтены в новом законопроекте о поддержке кадров для села. Предложения во многом созвучны с сегодняшними тезисами Губернатора Александра Соколова о важности поддержки предприятий, которые готовы создавать комфортные условия для молодых специалистов, в том числе и тех, кто уже обзавелся семей.

Вместе с сельхозтоваропроизводителями мы опирались на лучшие практики других регионов, мнение самой молодежи и наших аграриев. В итоге у нас получилось разработать пять мер поддержки. С учетом предложений коллег в короткий срок доработаем законопроект.

Инициативу планируем рассмотреть на мартовском заседании #ЗСКО.
