Шумно и весело прошёл зимний праздник на территории Мира, 34. Частушки, песни и танцы, спортивные состязания, шуточные активности и полевая кухня.

🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏻‍♂️ Несколько сотен горожан посетили площадку и приняли участие в конкурсах. Самые активные получали жетоны, которые позже обменивали на сувениры.

Под конец праздника определили обладателей самых креативных варежек. Десять победителей забрали суперпризы 🎁

Напомним, в этом году в планах благоустроить здесь новое уютное место отдыха – парк белых берёз 🌳

Организован праздник по инициативе неравнодушных жителей – активистов Общественного центра, ветеранского движения, молодёжи.

In a message on his Telegram channel recently recounting the episode, Durov wrote: "I lost my company and my home, but would do it again – without hesitation." Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. The next bit isn’t clear, but Durov reportedly claimed that his resignation, dated March 21st, was an April Fools’ prank. TechCrunch implies that it was a matter of principle, but it’s hard to be clear on the wheres, whos and whys. Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information.
